Bartzella is a beautiful Itoh peony with large, bright yellow blooms accented by soft red flares near the center. The semi-double to double flowers can reach 6–8 inches across and have a pleasant fragrance. Strong, upright stems and attractive green foliage make Bartzella a stunning addition to the garden and an excellent choice for cut flowers.

Planting Your Bartzella Itoh Peony Root: Plant in full sun in rich, fertile, well-draining soil. Position the root with the eyes facing upward and approximately 1–2 inches below the soil surface. Water thoroughly after planting, but avoid waterlogged soil. Allow approximately 3–4 feet between plants to accommodate Bartzella’s mature spread.
